摘要 设计了一种新型的集成柔性机构的平动式啮合电动机。该电动机通过4组山字和一字形铁心组成的定转子间磁阻的变化,将电能转化为机械能。在柔性机构的支撑和约束下,转子绕定子轴线做圆周平动,进而直接带动摆线机构通过柔性轴输出低速大扭矩,定子则相对机架浮动,以消除转子平动引发的偏心振动。采用解析方法求得样机电磁转矩,并结合柔性机构的静特性分析获得了样机的静态转矩。通过样机实验验证了解析方法的合理性,同时也证明了该电动机结构新颖合理,具有可带载启动和启动快速的特点。 A novel translational meshing motor was presented and developed. It consists of four E type iron cores as rotor and four bar iron cores as stator, and translates the electrical energy into the mechanical energy through the variety of the reluctance of the stator and rotor. Under supporting and restricting with the compliant mechanism, the rotor was constrained to move by circle translation and drived the cycloid machine to output big torque through the flexible shaft, the vibration caused hy eccentric movement of the rotor can be reduced by relative movement between the stator and the frame of the motor. The analytical method was applied to calculate electromagnetic torque of the prototype. And with analysis of static characteristics of the complaint mechanism, static torque of the prototype was obtained. Through the prototype experiments, the analytical method is proved accurate, and the motor construction is testified to be reasonable and has the characteristics of big starting torque and high respond speed.
