摘要
针对企业对各种物料的生产情况和生产进度监控需求的差异,建立了物料动态跟踪多层监控模型。针对物料拖期问题,提出了基于工作流的生产计划与调度并行的工作方式,建立了动态协调系统结构以及基于计划扰动因素的局部协调和全局协调相结合的动态协调机制。通过设置多个中间控制点,帮助生产人员根据客户订单、计划交货期和任务优先权等对拖期物料进行有重点的监控预报和协调处理。通过一个复杂装备企业的生产管理系统中物料跟踪监控的应用实例,表明了该方法的合理性和有效性。
According to the differences of material monitoring requirements, a multi--layer material monitoring mode was found. And aiming to materials tardiness, the parallel running process of production planning and scheduling based on workflow was proposed. At the same time, dynamic coordination architecture was brought forward and dynamic coordination mechanism of linking local coordination with global coordination for lacking parts in production process was constituted herein. By locating these control nodes, the management system could emphatically control and deal with those tardy materials according to client orders, planning delivery and assignment priority. At last, a materials monitoring example in production management system implemented in a complex equipments enterprise was given to prove this method is reasonable and effective.
