摘要
研究了影响复杂曲面零件可加工性的属性的层次化表示方法,并将可加工性的属性统一映射为复杂曲面零件几何特征属性;提出了几何特征属性评价值的概念,给出了各特征属性评价值的定量计算方法;提出了复杂曲面零件可加工性分析的多属性评价算法;给出了具体的算例。
A hierarchical representation method for machinability attributes of the parts with complicated surface was proposed. All of the attributes were mapped into the geometrical feature attributes of the parts. A concept of the evaluation of geometrical feature attributes was presented, a calculation method was given. And an approach to the evaluation in machinability of multiple attributes for complicated surface part was proposed. At the end the approach was illustrated and verified by an example.
