护肝宁片治疗药物性肝损伤疗效观察

Therapeutic effects of Huganning pill on patients with drug induced hepatitis

[目的]观察护肝宁片治疗药物性肝损伤的临床疗效。[方法]选择159例抗结核药物引起的药物性肝损伤患者,随机分成治疗组106例,对照组53例。治疗组给予护肝宁片治疗4周,对照组给予肝泰乐片治疗4周,观察2组治疗前后临床症状和血生化指标的变化。[结果]治疗组患者的临床症状和肝功能改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]护肝宁片能显著改善临床症状,具有良好的保肝、降酶作用,未见不良反应。

[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effects of Huganning pill on patients with drug induced hepatitis. [Methods]One hundred and fifty nine patients with anti-tuberculosis drug induced hepatitis were divided randomly into 2 groups： treated group （n=106）and control group （n=53）, which were treated with Huganning pill and Gantaile pill for 4 weeks respectively. Both clinical symptoms and liver function parameters were measured before and after treatment. [Results]Both the parameters of liver function and the clinical symptoms of treated group were improved more obviously compared with those of control group（P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]It has been suggested that Huganning pill has significant therapeutic effects on drug induced hepatitis. Huganning pill improves liver function and clinical symptoms excellently. Huganning pill has no side effects and is safe to use.
