摘要
介绍了活性染料的特点及其在纤维素纤维中的应用,以及棉产品活性染料染色之色斑、色花、色差的控制。讨论了前处理、小样仿样、大样生产的工艺条件,分析了影响产品质量的因素。
The characteristics of reactive dyes and the applications in the cellulose fibers are introduced. The flower color, aberration of cotton products after reactive dyeing are pointed to control. The conditions of the pretreatment and sample product, the kind of production process are discussed too. And the factors that affect product quality are also analyzed.
