摘要
19世纪欧洲的城市扩张构成了与中世纪城市迥然不同的发展模式。城市扩张产生了遏制人性的城市病,但城市扩张本身也蕴含着解放个体的辩证张力。19世纪产生于城市扩张进程中的现代绘画在艺术"疏导"的意义上,具有升华城市个体体验的真实性、转化城市"物化"现实、实现城市物质层面与精神层面持衡的积极意义。
The expansion of European cities in the 19th century made a quite different developing mode from that of cities in the Middle Age.With such expansion,there emerged urban diseases oppressing humanity.However,the expansion itself included a kind of dialectical tension of liberating individuals.Therefore,in the sense of art adjustment,the modem painting,which appeared in such expansion process in the 19th century,possessed the significance of elevating the reality of urban individual experience,transforming urban materialized reality and achieving the balance between material level and spiritual one.
