摘要
对带外置式蝶阀的二级增压系统和带内置式旁通阀的二级增压系统进行了结构和性能比较。从结构上看,带内置式旁通阀的二级增压系统结构更为紧凑,但2个涡轮箱都需要重新设计。由试验结果可知,带外置式蝶阀的二级增压系统具备更大的流量调节能力,可实现高压级增压器的短路,带内置式旁通阀的二级增压系统旁通废气量可达总流量的30%以上。
Configuration and performance comparisons were conducted between the regulated two-stage turbocharging system with an outside butterfly valve and the other one with an inside wastegate. The twostage turbocharging system with the inside wastegate occupied less space, but the two turbine cases should be redesigned. The test results show that the system with the outside butterfly valve has regulation ability for more mass flow, and can make the high pressure stage turbine run at idle speed. The system with the inside wastegate can bypass more than 30 % total mass flow.
