This paper introduced and discussed the development of research on general ambivalent attitude. The concept of ambivalent attitude refers to the co-existence of positive and negative evaluations and feelings of an attitude object and their degrees. The relevant research deepens traditional attitude research, and provides a new perspective for attitude changing and behavior prediction.
