摘要
目的为了进一步验证中性红染色方法在抗真菌药物敏感试验中的应用。方法分别测定特比萘芬和伊曲康唑对22株临床常见皮肤癣菌(红色毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌、石膏小孢子菌、犬小孢子菌)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MFC)值。其中MFC值的测定用中性红染色方法与常规培养方法分别进行对比。结果特比萘芬对皮肤癣菌MIC值与MFC值相同,为0.001~0.008μg/ml。结论特比萘芬有抑菌和杀菌的双重作用。中性红染色方法具有方便、快捷的特点,对于判断真菌的活性以及评价抗真菌药物的MFC较常规方法更为优越,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the neutral red staining in the application antifungal susceptibility test.Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum fugicide concentration (MFC) of terbinafine and itraconazole to 22 strains of commonly isolated dermatophytes (T. rubrum, T. mentagrophytes, M. gypseum and M. canis) were detected in vitro. The culture proved MFC value was compared with neutral red staining method.Results The neutral red staining method is strongly correlated with normal culture method in the judgment of MFC.Conclusion The neutral red staining method is a convenient and effective in the evaluation of antifungal effect in vitro.
