职业教育中学生的能力培养研究

The Research of Fostering Students Ability during Vocational Education

当代大学生的能力包括认知能力、操作能力和社交能力三种,我们通过分析教学过程中知识、技能和能力之间的关系,提出了通过知识传授培养学生认知能力和社交能力、通过技能训练培养学生实践操作能力的方法和途径,提高了学生适应各种不同工作岗位的综合素质,增强了学生从容面对新岗位、新问题挑战的自信。

The abilities of the college student＇s include cognitive capaciiy, operation ability and social contact ability. By analyzing the relations of students＇ knowledge, skills and ability during the process of teaching, we find out the ways and methods to develop students＇ cognitive capacity and social contact ability by knowledge instructions; to promote their capability of operation by skills training. Therefore, students can improve their overall qualities to adapt to different jobs, and develop self- confident to face new jobs and challenges.
