紫外可见吸收光谱法测定蔬菜中亚硝酸盐含量

摘要 采用中性红紫外可见吸收光谱法对蔬菜中的亚硝酸盐含量进行测定,并与经典法萘乙二胺法进行比较。实验结果表明:中性红紫外可见吸收光谱法的线性范围是0~1.2μg/mL,摩尔吸光系数是7732.6L·cm-·1mol-1,测定结果令人满意。 The contents of nitrate in the boiled vegetables were determined by Uv-vis spectroscopy with neutral red.The result was compared with N-naphthyl ethylenediamine.The experimental result showed that:the linear range of the Uv-vis spectroscopy was 0.1-1.2μg/mL,molar absorption coefficient was 7732.6L·cm^-1·mol^-1.And the determination result was satisfactory.
