摘要
报业跨地区经营遇到的诸多难题中,主要有战略性的扩张模式的选择、扩张策略选择、扩张时机选择、扩张成本和异地管理等六大问题。分析这些难题的产生以及影响,可以得出结论:当前我国报业跨地区经营模式选择中,报纸的多版本模式和合作办报的模式较为可行;而在竞争策略选择上,则要根据各地报业市场的实际状况,进行多种策略的组合;如何处理好本土化问题是最现实的一环。
The cross-regional operation of the newspapering is confronted with six major problems: the choosing of the strategic expansion mode, of expansion strategies, of expansion opportunities, of expansion costs, and of ex-situ management. Conclusions can be drawn through analysis of the generation and influences of these problems: currently, the multi-edition mode and the cooperative mode of running newspapers are more feasible in terms of choosing cross-regional operational modes in China; while in terms of choosing competitive strategies, a combination of various strategies according to the varying conditions of the newspapering market is more
