摘要
提出热网工程中低价中标评标法带来的问题及解决途径。探讨了安装前的管道清扫、管道躲避地下障碍的布置方式、保温管道接口工艺、无补偿敷设管道的预热方法、管网冲洗等施工工艺及应注意的问题。
The problems and solutions associated with evaluation method for winning bid at low price in heat-supply network engineering are put forward. The construction technologies and problems needing attention in pipe cleaning before installation, pipeline arrangement for avoiding underground obstacles, jointing of insulating pipe, preheating of pipeline installed without expansion joint and flushing of network are discussed.
