中国低品位磷矿利用途径的探讨 被引量:32

摘要 针对目前磷资源日渐枯竭的世界性问题,根据中国目前中、低品位磷矿居多的现状,加强利用中、低品位磷矿,扩展磷矿资源可利用范围,是解决磷资源匮乏的当务之急。提出了利用中、低品位磷矿生产优质磷酸,介绍了国内外盐酸法、窑法和循环法磷酸的情况,以及各个方法的基本原理、工艺过程、工艺条件、主要设备;同时,比较了上述3种方法的优缺点,分析了各自的应用范围及优势所在。介绍的这些工艺路线可为中国中、低品位磷矿的利用提供参考和借鉴。 At present,the increasing depletion of phosphorous resources has become a global problem. And most of phosphorous resources in China is medium-and low-grades. To Solve above problems the most urgent tasks are : strengthen the application of medium and lowgrades phosphate mines and expand the scope of using phosphate resources. Process producing high grade phosphoric acid with mediumand low grades phosphate mine was put forward. Then hydrochloric acid method,kiln method and phosphate cycle method were introduced, and their basic principles, process, conditions, and main equipments were described in detail. Advantages and disadvantages of the three methods at home and abroad were compared, and application fields and advantages accordingly of these method were analyzed. These technology processes can provide reference for exploiture of medium-and low-grades phosphate mine in China.
