湿法磷酸一步法脱色脱氟工艺脱色因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 对以活性炭和碳酸钠为脱色剂和脱氟剂的一步法脱色脱氟净化湿法磷酸工艺中脱色影响因素进行研究。以Gore膜为过滤介质,确定了湿法磷酸一步法脱色脱氟工艺的最佳脱色工艺条件为:反应温度为70℃,反应时间为70 min,碳酸钠添加量为22 g/L,粉末状活性炭添加量为6 g/L,静置时间为1 d。在此条件下,湿法磷酸脱色率可达到80%以上。 Effect factors of decolorization in single-step decolorization and defluorinate technology of wet-process phosphoric acid ( WPA } by using activated carbon and sodium carbonate as depigmenting agent and defluorination agent respectively were studied. Take Gore membrane as filter medium, the best technological conditions of decolorization were drawn on the basis of experiments : reaction temperature was 70℃ ,reaction time was 70 min, dosage of sodium carbonate was 22 g/L, dosage of activated carbon was 6 g/L and sedimentation time was 1 d. Under these conditions,decolorization rate of WPA could reach above 80%.
