氟化钡及中间产物氟硅酸钡生产新工艺 被引量:3

New production technology of barium fluoride and intermediate product barium fluosilicate

摘要 利用磷肥行业副产的氟硅酸,开发研究了氟化钡及中间产物氟硅酸钡生产新工艺。此工艺的研究开发缓解了磷肥行业的环保压力,并且生产过程中无废液排放,工艺生产成本低于氢氟酸中和法,产品质量优于传统工艺生产的产品质量,副产的白炭黑质量符合GB 10571—1989的要求。该工艺的实施带来较好的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。 A new production technology for barium fluoride and intermediate product barium fluosilicate by using by product hydrofluosilicie acid of phosphate fertilizer industry was developed and researched. Development of this technology relieved pro-environment pressure of phosphate fertilizer industry and there was no waste liquor discharged during production process. Cost of production was lower than that of neutralization process of hydrofluoric acid and product quality was better than that of similar products produced by traditional processes. In addition, quality of by-product white carbon was in accordance with requirment of GB 10571--1989. Application of this techrlology will bring better social,economic, and pro-environment benefits.
