摘要
在高浓度过氧化氢生产、运输和使用过程中,当过氧化氢发生分解出现温度升高和放出气体等情况时,加入紧急稳定剂可以减缓或避免过氧化氢进一步分解。为了使加入的紧急稳定剂对高浓度过氧化氢起到最佳的稳定作用,试验将过氧化氢置于沸水浴中分解,加入不同种类、用量的紧急稳定剂,通过检测过氧化氢溶液体系的稳定性来确定紧急稳定剂的最佳用量。结果表明,少量的磷酸和专用紧急稳定剂均能对发生分解的过氧化氢起到较好的稳定作用,随着稳定剂用量的增加,总的趋势是稳定效果变差;当稳定剂加入量超过临界值后,反而会破坏溶液体系的稳定性。
Emergency stabilizer can ease up or avoid decomposition of highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide,in case of such circumstances as temperature rise or gas emission happened during production, transportation, and use. In order to make sure what is the optimal quantity of emergency stablizer can produce the best results on stabilizing hydrogen peroxide, different kinds and quantities of emergency stabilizers were dropped in hydrogen peroxide that has been put in the boiling water bath in advance. The optimal quantity was confirmed through testing the stability of hydrogen peroxide solution. Resuits showed that a small quantity of phosphate acid or special emergency stabilizer could both play a good role of stabilization. Stability would go down while quantity of emergency stabilizer increased. When quantity of emergency stabilizer exceeded the critical quantity, stability of hydrogen peroxide will be destroyed.
