瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷控制性降压对神经外科手术患者血流动力学的影响 被引量:20

摘要 目的:观察瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷控制性降压对神经外科手术患者血流动力学的影响。方法:40例拟行控制性降压的神经外科手术患者分成瑞芬太尼组(R组)和硝普钠组(N组),每组20例,两组均于剪开脑膜时实行控制性降压,R组泵注瑞芬太尼的速度为0.1~0.3μg/(kg·min),N组泵注硝普钠的速度为1.0~3.0μg/(kg·min)。记录两组诱导前10min、控制性降压后10min、控制性降压后30min、停止降压后10min、停止降压后30min的血流动力学指标。结果:两组控制性降压期间收缩压与舒张压均较基础值明显下降(P<0.01),R组降压期间心率低于基础值(P<0.01),且明显低于N组(P<0.01),停止降压后R组血压恢复平稳。结论:瑞芬太尼复合七氟烷用于神经外科手术控制性降压效果明显,降压期间心率缓慢,停药后无血压反跳现象。
