摘要
根据我国油库的安全技术规范和功能特性,使用半定量风险评价法,提出了油库风险评价的模糊综合评价模型,力求建立较全面的油库风险影响模糊失效可能性因素体系和模糊失效后果因素体系,制定出较为客观的油库失效可能性因素及失效后果因素评价的方法,对油库的风险可接受性原则、风险缓解措施的建立提出建议,形成的油库模糊风险评价方法较符合我国国情。
According to the functional features and the safety criteria of oil deport, this paper presents the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of oil deport risk using semi-quantitative risk evaluation method and tries to establish the considerably comprehensive influence factor system of fuzzy failure possibility and fuzzy failure consequence of oil deport risk, constitutes considerably objective evaluation method of oil depot risk, and proposes the acceptability principle and risk reducing measures. The constituted fuzzy comprehensive e- valuation method of oil deport is in accordance with the domestic situation.
