AW-01减阻耐磨涂料在大港—沧州输气管道应用效果的检测评价

Inspection and Appraisal of Application Results of AW-01 Resistance-reducing and Wear-resisting Coating in Dagang-Cangzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline

AW-01减阻耐磨涂料适用于天然气输送管道的内减阻,能够大幅度降低管道输送压力,具有显著的减阻效果和经济效益。文章介绍了该涂料在大港—沧州输气管道上应用及两次减阻效果现场实测结果,证明应用5年后,有内涂减阻层的管段仍保持良好的减阻效果,未发现涂层脱落现象,说明AW-01减阻耐磨涂料减阻效果稳定、持久,工艺技术可靠,具有良好的耐磨性、耐久性和粘结力。

AW-01 resistance-reducing and wear-resisting coating is suitable for internal resistance-re- ducing of natural gas transmission pipelines, which can remarkably decrease gas transmission pressure and has a significant resistance -reducing effect and economic benefits. The application of this coating in Dagang - Cangzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline and the results from twice field inspections are illustrated in this paper. It is shown that the pipeline sections with internal resistance-reducing layer still keep perfect resistance-reduc- ing effect after 5 year’s running and have no coating falling off phenomenon. This proves that AW-01 resis- tance-reducing and wear-resisting coating has a steady and lasting effect, its process technology is reliable and possesses perfect wear-resistance, durability and adhesion force.
