摘要
综合利用管道卫星定位、坐标测绘、管道防腐层状况检测与分级评价、外防层破损点检测评价、阳极倾向点分析、管体壁厚检测等技术,对胜利采油厂埋地管网的腐蚀状况进行了全面检测,并在此基础上建立了基于GIS的胜利采油厂埋地管网检测评价信息系统,实现了胜利采油厂埋地管网的数字化,为胜利采油厂埋地管网的日常管理与维护、泄漏事故预警与快速处理、辅助新管网规划等提供了方便、快捷、准确、可靠的服务。文章介绍了胜利采油厂埋地管网腐蚀状况全面检测评价结果以及基于GIS的埋地管网检测评价信息系统的功能。
The corrosion status of the underground pipeline network at Shengli Oil Extraction Plant has been detected by using comprehensive methods such as pipeline satellite orientation, coordinate mapping, anti-corrosion layer status detection and grade appraisement, external anticorrosion breaking point detection and appraisement, anode liability analysis and wall thickness detection. The detection and evaluation information system of the underground pipeline network at the plant based on GIS has been built up and the digital con- struction of the underground pipeline network has also been realized. This work provided convenient, precise and reliable services for routine supervision and maintenance, pre-alarm and quick handle of leak accident of the underground pipeline network, as well as assistant pipeline network planning.
