摘要 介绍了扁桃酸类杀菌剂的创制及其研究进展,内容涉及双炔酰菌胺的创制过程及各大农药公司近年来以其为先导化合物设计合成的各种类似物及生物活性。扁桃酸类化合物主要用于防治番茄晚疫病、马铃薯晚疫病和葡萄霜霉病等。 Recent advance on the research and development of the mandelic acid fungicide was reviewed. The discovery of mandipropamid and its analogues reported with their fungicidal activities against tomato or potato late blight, and grape downymildew were introduced. Some structure-activity relationship was also discussed.
