黑曲霉发酵液中有机酸的分析及对植物线虫的影响 被引量:5

摘要 利用酸碱滴定法和反相高效液相色谱法对黑曲霉发酵液中的有机酸进行了定性、定量分析。通过试验得出发酵液中总酸含量以草酸计为20.79g/L。含有主要的有机酸为草酸,含量为18.8g/L。与发酵液具有相同pH值的草酸溶液对甘薯茎线虫和南方根结线虫的平均致死率为45%和62%,与发酵液的86%与69%相比有显著差异。 Qualitative and quantitative analysis of fermented liquid of Aspergillus niger have been strudied by Acidbase titration and RP-HPLC. The results showed that the total organic acid was equivalent to 20.79 g/L oxalic acid. The most content was oxalic acid which was 18.8 g/L. The fermented liquid caused 86 and 69% mortality against Ditylenchus detructor and Meloidogyne incognita respectively, and at the same pH, the mortality were 45 and 62% by oxalic acid solution. There were significant differences both them.
