摘要 对新型环保农药助剂烷基葡萄糖甘(APG)对草甘膦的增效作用进行研究,并从APG的本身性能、草甘膦添加APG前后的应用性能、施药后叶面的SEM图以及与其他同类制剂比较等方面探讨增效机理。结果表明APG对草甘膦具有优异的增效作用。这种优异的增效作用与其制剂具有良好的润湿性有直接的关系,也与APG能溶解、溶涨或破坏植物上表皮蜡质层,促进药剂渗透,增加药剂在亲脂的角质层中的溶解性,特别是APG能够诱导草甘膦直接经气孔被植物吸收等有一定关系。 The improving activity of the new environmental protection assistant alkylpolyglycos(APG) to the glyphosate herbicide were studied. The synergistic action mechanism were explored by evaluated the properties of the APG, the application performance of glyphosate herbicide whether or not addition APG, the SEM of leaf surface after the application of the complex of glyphosate herbicide and APG, etc. The results showed that the APG had excellent synergy to glyphosate herbicide. This excellent synergy was directly related to good wettability of the complex of glyphosate herbicide and APG. That also was related to that epidermal wax layer of plant were dissolved, swelled or destroyed by APG, therefore the glyphosate herbicide becomed easy to penetrate and the solubility in the corneum increased. In particular, APG can induced stomatal absorbability of glyphosate herbicide by plants.
