BV生物复合剂对菜青虫的室内外药效试验

摘要 BV(苏云金杆菌与斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒)生物复合杀虫剂为金陵科技学院园艺学院生物农药研究室研制的用于防治叶菜类鳞翅目害虫的生物制剂,试验测定了该生物制剂对菜青虫的室内外药效。结果表明BV生物复合杀虫剂的贮藏期可长达3年。不同虫龄的室内药效试验结果表明:该药剂对各龄期的菜青虫幼虫均有较高的防效,其防治效果好于常规的化学农药高效氯氰菊酯和生物农药青虫灵的田间推荐剂量,且BV生物复合剂有防治高龄幼虫的优势;剂量对该药剂的持效期有明显影响,200~300倍液(处理浓度5IU/μL+50PIB/μL和3.33IU/μL+33.3PIB/μL)与其他剂量相比有明显的后效作用。BV生物复合剂不同时间喷药的田间药效结果表明该药剂在傍晚喷药的药效和持效期都好于早晨喷药。 BV(Bacillus thuringiensis and Spodoptera litur nucleopolyhedroviru) agent is a new biological pesticide which was developed to control several kinds of Lepidoptera insects by the biological pesticide research laboratory of Jinling institute of technology. In the research the insecticidal activity of BV had been studied, the results indicated that the storage period can attain 3 years. The indoor effect of BV on the different instars of the cabbage caterpillar in the lab showed that it has higher insecticidal activity than beta-cypermethrin and B.t. preparation(Qingchongling). The BV at different dilution ratio all showed evidently insecticidal activity. The BV concentrations at 5 IU/μL+50 PIB/μL and 3.33 IU/μL+33.3 PIB/μL had the higher insecticidal activity and longer persistent period compared with the other concentrations. The field efficacy of spraying BV at different time also showed that the efficacy of BV being sprayed at evening was better than it in the morning.
