沈钧儒是中国当代史上的救亡运动精神领袖,其间提出了人民救国联合阵线的主张,强调救国会组织的独立性,认为抗日救国不是任何一个党派可以包办的,必须走国共合作、全民抗日的道路。

SHEN Junru was an important spiritual leader of the Movement of Saving the Nation Society in 1936, whose advocation about the united front of People Saving the Nation was an important contribution to history. He believed that the war of resistance against Japanese aggression should follow the road of KMT - CPC cooperation and mobilize all the Chinese people.
