摘要 研究了铬合金化的C-Mn双相钢和普通C-Mn双相钢经不同工艺退火后的组织和力学性能,讨论了合金元素Cr对双相钢的淬透性及双相组织中马氏体体积分数和马氏体形貌的影响规律。试验结果表明,与经相同工艺退火的C-Mn双相钢相比,Cr的加入可以提高其空冷条件下钢中马氏体的体积分数,并改变马氏体的形态,从而提高了在高强度水平下双相钢的塑性。 Microstructures and mechanical properties of C-Mn dualphase steel containing chromium and conventional C-Mn dualphase steel which were annealed at different processes were investigated. The law of effect of alloy eleCr on the hardenability of dualphase steels and the valume fraction and the morphology of martensite in dualphase was discussed. The experimental results reveal that compared with C-Mn dualphase steel subjected to the same annealing the addition of chromium will increase the valume fraction of martensite for the dualphase steel after air-cooling, thus enhancing the of martensite and change the morphology plastisity of dualphase steel with a high strength level.
