连续感应淬火的短轴类零件首尾连接处的屏蔽

摘要 在卧式感应淬火自动生产线上,采用"O"形感应圈对短轴类零件(滚柱)进行感应淬火,用目视法分析了硬化层的形态。结果表明,前面滚柱的尾部和后面滚柱的头部硬化层均不均匀,前者局部过深,后者局部过浅。这是由于滚柱首尾连接处的间隙对"O"形感应圈的磁场产生了屏蔽作用所致。采用"П"形感应圈后,基本消除了屏蔽影响,使滚柱整体获得均匀的硬化层。 The brachy-axis-like parts (rollers) were continuously induction-quenched by an O-shaped coil in the horizontal automatic production line for induction quenching. The hardened case profile of rollers were analyzed by means of visualization. The results reveal that the hardened cases at the end of fore roller and at the head of following roller are nonuniform, that is, the hardened case of the former is partially too deep and the hardened case of the latter is partially too shallow,which is because the gap between two rollers has a shielding effect on the magnetic field generated by O-shaped coil. When H-shaped coil was used, the shielding effect was eliminated and uniform hardened case was obtained throughout the rollers.
