The Knowledge and Information Service System Reconstruction Based on the Innovation Value Chain

服务系统建设是面向国家创新的知识信息服务的主体。本文分析了创新价值链和信息在知识创新过程中的作用机制。阐述了我国各创新主体的知识来源及获取途径、知识信息服务业务及需要深化的内容。基于创新价值链的知识信息服务系统重构,应注重创新主体的知识信息需求分析、系统重构模型、系统的组织实施、政策和法律保障等诸多方面。

The service system is the main boby of knowledge-information service which innovation-oriented country. This paper analyzes the innovation value chain and the mechanism which information acts on knowledge innovation, expounds the knowledge sources of innovation main body and how to search them, introduces the status quo of information service business and its content need to be deepened. Rreconstructing knowledge-information service system based on the innovation value chain, the knowledge-information need of innovation main body, system reconstruction model, system organization and implementation, policy and legal protection should be paid attention to.
