We introduce the conception of Berry's phase which was found in quantum theory recently and describe the manifestions of this phase factor for photon propagating in light fiber, for example, the polarization angle rotation of linearly polarized laser beam propagating in fiber.These will lead to some new practical applications undoubtedly.
