西藏胡黄连化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:9

摘要 目的明确西藏胡黄连(Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell)的活性物质基础,为后续开发提供理论依据。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化;根据化合物的理化性质、波谱数据并结合文献鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为正二十六烷醇(hexacosanol,1)、儿茶素(catechin,2)、木犀草素(Iuteolin,3)、木犀草素-7—O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,4)、没食子酸(gallic acid,5)、异阿魏酸(isofemlic acid,6)、香草酸(vanillic acid,7)、藏黄连苷G(scroside G,8)。结论化合物1—6为首次从胡黄连属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。 Objective To isolate and identify the compounds from the 95 % ethanol extract of roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora. Methods The compounds were isolated by the silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns and their structures were identified by the physical and chemical characters especially by the spectral analysis. Results Eight compounds were obtained and they were identified as hexacosanol (1), catechin (2), luteolin (3), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), gallic acid (5), isoferulic acid (6), vanillic acid (7), scroside G(8). Conclusions Among them, compounds 1-6 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
