丙纶非织造布用新型润湿剂的合成

摘要 以十二醇聚氧乙烯(15)醚(AEO15)和顺酐(MA)为原材料,通过酯化反应制备十二醇聚氧乙烯(15)醚马来酸单酯(AEOMA)。单酯化反应的适宜条件为:醚酐摩尔比=1∶1.05,反应温度90℃,反应时间4 h,催化剂用量为单体总质量的0.5%。利用单酯化产物与另一单体丙烯酸(AA)以水作溶剂进行共聚得到了AA-g-AEOMA嵌段共聚的新型润湿剂。共聚反应的适宜条件为:酯化物∶丙烯酸=1∶1.2(摩尔比),反应温度为75℃,催化剂用量为单体总质量的4%。红外光谱测试证实了产物的结构特征,透水时间、表面张力测试证实此润湿剂可改善丙纶非织造布的亲水性。 Lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene( 15 ) ether maleic monoester(AEOMA) is prepared from lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene (15) ether and maleic anhydride by esterification. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows, the raw material ratio of lauiyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ( 15 ) ether to maleic anhydride is 1:1.05 (mol/mol) , reaction temperature is 90°C, reaction time is 4 h, catalyst content is 0. 5% proportion of monomer gross weight. Then new wetting agent AA-g-AEOMA is prepared from AEOMA and acrylic acid (AA) by copolymerization with follows, the raw material ratio of AEOMA to water as solvent. The suitable reaction conditions are as AA is 1:1.2 (mol/mol) , reaction temperature is 75°C, reaction time is 6 h, catalyst content is 4% proportion of monomer gross weight. IR test confirmed the structural of product. Permeable time test and surface tention test confirmed the wetting agent has ability to improve hydrophilicity of the polypropylene nonwovens.
