摘要
采用不同回火制度对高强度管线钢进行热处理试验,并利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜等显微仪器研究了回火工艺对试验钢组织性能的影响规律。结果表明,在试验工艺范围内,随着回火温度的升高和回火时间的延长,试验钢强度出现波动起伏现象,并主要受M/A岛及碳化物分解、析出强化、位错密度降低等因素影响;回火后,延伸率大幅度提高,冲击韧性没有下降;在580℃回火、保温40 min工艺条件下,试验钢综合性能优良,达到X120级管线钢要求。
The heat treatment experiment for the high strength pipeline steel is carried out using the different tempering schedule, and the influence regularity of the tempering process on the structure property of the trial steel is investigated by the microscope devices such as metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, TEM, etc. The results indicate that fluctuating phenomenon in steel strength is mainly under the influence of the M/A island and carbide decomposition, precipitation strengthening, and the decrease of the dislocation density, etc. in the range of the experimental process with the increase of the temperature and the elongation of the temper time. The elongation in- creases sharply and the impact ductility doesnt drop after tempering. The comprehensive properties of the trial steel are excellent and can meet the needs of X120 grade pipeline steel under the condition of tempering at the temperature of 580 ℃ for 40 minutes incuhation.
