摘要
本文介绍了光栅选频无氦重复频率TEA CO_2激光器的设计考虑和结构特点,该激光器在无氦情况下最高重复频率可达15次/秒以上,可在10次/秒重复频率下稳定工作;在9-11μm范围内得到了57条振荡输出谱线。
The designing and structure characteristic of a helium-free repetitionary frequency turnable TEA CO2 laser are provided. The highest repetitionary frequency of the laser is more than 15Hz, and work well with 10Hz. 57 spectral lines have been obtained in 9-11μm range with grating.
