摘要
根据中频弯管工艺及设备的特点和生产现状,结合有关的试验结果对实现中频弯管的自动化过程的温控方案、机床改造和定量化工艺等关键问题进行了详细的分析,并提出了相应的解决方案。
Referring to the technology and device characteristics of the induction bending currently in use, in combination with the test results, this paper analyzes the major problems and solutions about the automatic induction bending such as temperature control, remaking machine tools and quantitative technology.
