摘要
对影响彩涂板涂层厚度检测的几方面因素进行了分析,通过大量的实验数据分析了基板厚度、钝化膜重及涂层厚度对不同检测方法的影响程度,得出了适于生产检验的涂层厚度检测方法。
The several factors influencing coating thickness testing of color coated sheet are analyzed. The influence extent of the thickness of base plate and coating as well as the weight of passivation film on different testing methods are also analyzed through a large amount of experiment data. As a result, the testing method of coating thickness applying to the production testing is obtained.
