Analysis of Damage Reason of Preheating Furnace and Its Countermeasures

鞍钢3座大高炉热风炉应用了顶燃式预热炉预热助燃空气的高风温技术。预热炉运行一段时间后,支撑炉篦子的炉墙发生了倒塌,造成炉蓖子断裂,内部耐火球全部脱落。分析了预热炉破损的原因,提出了解决问题的对策。

The high blast temperature technique of top combustion preheating furnace for preheating combustion air is applied on the hot stove of three large blast furnace in Angang. After a time of operation, the furnace wall supporting the grate happens to the collapse which causes the fracture of grate and the drop of all internal refractory ball. The reasons damaged the preheating furnace are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
