摘要 AIRE是一种自身免疫性调节因子,由于它可能在中枢和外周免疫应答中起非常重要的调节作用,近年来受到越来越多的关注。本文就AIRE的结构和功能、AIRE基因的表达及其与自身免疫性疾病的关系等研究进展作一简单综述。 AIRE is an autoimmune regulator, it has become more attractive because of its important regulation in central and peripheral immune response. This paper will review on the structure, function, the expression of AIRE gene and the relationship between AIRE gene and autoimmune diseases.
