自酸蚀和全酸蚀复合树脂用于修复楔状缺损的疗效研究

摘要 目的评价自酸蚀粘接修复楔状缺损的效果。方法抽取246颗患牙随机分为2组,治疗组126颗,采用自酸蚀底料的可乐丽菲露SEBOND及AP-X复合树脂修复楔状缺损;对照组120颗,应用全酸蚀DU-RAFILL釉质粘接剂及CHARISMA复合树脂。治疗后随访观察1、3、6个月,所得结果用四格表χ2检验。结果治疗组修复体成功率达96.83%,而对照组则为90.83%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论表明自酸蚀粘接系统的复合树脂修复牙体楔状缺损与全酸蚀粘接系统相比,具有固位性好、边缘封闭性强、对牙髓刺激小、成功率高等优点。 [Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of self-etching bond system in repair of sphenoid defects. [Methods] 246 teeth were divided into two groups. 126 teeth in the experimental group were treated with CLEARFIL self-etching bond and AP-X to repair sphenoid defects, while 120 teeth in the control group were treat- ed with Durafill bond and Charisma. 246 teeth were followed up for 1, 3, 6 month, respectively. The date was analyzed by Chi square test. [Results] The successful effective rate of the experimental group (96.83%) was better than the control group (90.83%), (P 〈0.05). [Conclusions] Compared to all-etching bond, self-etching bond and composite resin has perfect retention and marginal sealing, lower stimulation to pulp and higer success rate.
