汶川5.12地震以来,在国家住房和城乡建设部的支持下,无止桥慈善基金一直致力联合并资助香港和内地的大学,深入四川一些自主恢复能力较差、缺乏关注的贫困农村,开展一系列"无止桥"扶建项目。无止桥希望以高科学低技术为指导方针,充分发掘当地传统建造技术和经验,通过大学团队的专长加以提炼和升华,并通过示范项目向贫苦村民诠释一条因地制宜、自力更生的重建家园之路。
