脊椎转移瘤经皮椎体成形术与放射治疗对比观察

Curative effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on metastatic vertebrotumors:in comparison with radiotherapy

目的探讨转移性脊椎瘤疼痛治疗有效方法。方法29例转移性溶骨性脊椎瘤分为PVP研究组和放疗组,研究组13例采用经皮椎体成形术,放疗组16例行放射治疗,治疗后追踪评价48h、1周、2周、1个月镇痛疗效。结果治疗后1周,PVP组有效率84.61%(11/13),放疗组为0,2～4周PVP组有效率92.31%(12/13),对照组有效率62.50%(10/16)。结论PVP术治疗转移性溶骨性脊镇痛见效快,止痛有效时间长,近期疗效优于放射治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） in pain management of metastatic vertebral tumors in comparison with radiotherapy. Methods Twenty-nine cases of osteolytic spinal metastases were treated with PVP （n= 13）, or radiotherapy （n= 16）. Analgesia effects were evaluated at 48 h, one week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. Results After PVP treatment, the rate of pain release was 84.61% （11/13） for 48 h-1 week, 92.31%（12/13） for 4 weeks of PVP, and 0% for 48 h 1 week, and 62.50% （10/16） for 4 weeks of radiotherapy. Conclusion PVP is more effective than radiotherapy in pain management of metastatic vertebral tumors. The long-term curative effect needs further study.
