摘要 采用推挽与开关电容网络相结合的拓扑结构,实现升压DC-DC变换器。研究了这种新型变换器的效率与拓扑结构间的关系。还采用等效电量关系法(EEQR)对变换器进行了稳态分析,并讨论了变换器的控制问题。实验与理论分析结果一致。 A novel switched capacitor(SC) step up DC DC converter based on Push Pull topology is presented in this paper. Efficiency of the new SC converter is discussed as well as the steady state analysis of the converter by Equivalent Electronic Quantity Relationship(EEQR) method. It shows that the output voltage of the push pull SC step up DC DC converter can be regulated by PWM and FM. Experiment results are in positive with the analysis.
