摘要
本文应用激光全息干涉计量术测量了新鲜人体下颌骨皮质骨长轴方向的泊松比,结果更接近在体骨的真实值。提出了应用微机光笔图象分析系统处理全息干涉图的方法,快速、准确、重复精度高。
This paper used laser holographic interferometry to measure the axial poisson's ratio of fresh human cortical bone of mandible. The results of measurement are close to real values of human bone. A new method for analysing of interferome-tric fringes of hologram by the Picture Analyse System of Photo-Microcomputer is given. This method is up to high precision when measurement is repeated. And it is fast and accurate.
