摘要
目的探讨两种根管充填技术对牙根抗折能力的影响。方法选择45颗离体下颌单根管前磨牙截去牙冠,随机等分为3组:冷侧压组,逐步后退法预备根管,冷牙胶侧方加压充填;热垂直组,逐步后退法预备根管,热牙胶垂直加压充填;对照组,不处理。然后制成标准试件置于万能测试机上垂直、静态加压至折裂,记录折裂瞬间的压力值。结果折裂瞬间压力平均值:热垂直组为(378.25±54.26)N,冷侧压组为(476.58±73.03)N,经t检验差别有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论冷侧方加压充填后牙齿的抗力强于热垂直加压。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the root reinforcement by vertical and lateral condensation procedures. Methods Fortyfive single-canal premolars were selected, The crown was cut along the CF3. And then they were randomly divided into three groups: 1 Modified by step-back technique, cold lateral condensation; 2 Modified by step-back technique, warm vertical condensation; 3 control group, no modification and condensation. Universal test machine was utilized to analyze the reinforcement. Results Analysis was made by T-test and the significant difference in fracture resistance was found between groups : vertical condensation group was 378.25 ± 54.26 N, lower than that of lateral condensation group (476.58 ± 73.03 N) ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The root reinforcement of lateral condensation is higher than that of vertical condensation.
