Try to Analyze Impacts of Five Competitive Forces over Medical Instrument Industrial Structure in China

目的:结合实际论述五种竞争力对医疗器械产业结构的影响,找出影响医疗器械企业竞争的因素,为改善企业的竞争环境提供思路。方法:运用迈克尔·波特教授的"五力分析"模型,对医疗器械行业竞争结构及其强度进行讨论。结果:通过该模型的分析,提出医疗器械产业内部存在的五种竞争力及其对医疗器械企业竞争力的影响因素,促进我国医疗器械产业结构调整。结论:"五力分析"模型能够帮助我们认识行业竞争格局,为改善企业的外部竞争环境并提升内部竞争力提供参考和依据。

Objective： Discussing impacts of five competitive forces over Medical Instrument Industrial Structure with a view of reality, and then single out the key points which strongly influence the Medical Instrument Enterprises＇ competitions so as to help enterprises make right strategies and survive through the tough competitions. Methods： Based on ＂five competitive forces＂ mod- el posed by Professor Porter, it is going to analyze the competitive structure and the intensity of Medical Instrument Industry. Results： Through the analysis of this model, five competitive forces within Medical Instrument Industrial and their influencing factors of Medical Instrument Enterprises are brought forward, which promotes Medical Instruments Industrial Structure adjustment. Conclusions： ＂Five competitive forces＂ model helps us know industrial competition landscape, provide the reference and the basis of improving outside competition environment of enterprises and enhancing inside competition advantages.
