CO_2激光对残余癌前病变影响的动物实验研究

Experimental study of tumour potentiating effect of carbon dioxide laser treatment in residual premaliglant lesions

采用CO_2激光部份去除二甲基苯并蒽(DMBA)诱发的金地鼠颊囊癌前病变后,术后动物的发癌时间,肿瘤发生的数量及发癌率都未发现有明显变化。术后两周对颊囊上皮的放射性自显影研究结果也表明,术后激光处理侧与对照侧粘膜的标记指数也无明显差异,提示激光对细胞增殖活性无明显促进作用。由实验结果分析,未发现CO_2激光对癌前病变组织有促进恶变作用。

Hamster cheek pouches were treated with the topical carcinogen DMBA for 9 weeks. The carbon dioxide laser treated area did not show any alteration in su-sequent tumour deyelopment. Two weeks after laser treatment, autoradiographic method was applied for labelling index(LI) of the treated epidermis. No significant difference was found between the CO2 laser treated and untreated epidermis of the DMBA pret-reatmented pouches. It suggests that cell proliferation activity after laser treatment was unchanged.
