摘要 1卒中防治中的分层策略：历久而弥新 1．1卒中防治中的分层策略不是新概念1949年的Framingham研究中，首次提出了卒中防治的分层概念，建立了卒中危险分层模型，称之为Framingham卒中风险评估（Framingham stroke profile，FSP）。该模型用于卒中一级预防的危险分层，根据某个个体的卒中危险因素预测10年卒中风险。
