摘要
神经再生是一个由细胞、因子、细胞外基质共同参与的复杂生物学过程。目前,周围神经再生修复的研究重点主要在设计制作有活性的复合神经导管,以模拟自体神经,完善功能恢复效果。本文对神经营养因子在活性神经导管中的应用方式进行综述。
Nerve Regeneration is a complex biological phenomenon incorporated by cells, growth factors and extracellular matrix. At present, bioengineering strategies for peripheral nerve regeneration are focused on designing and manufacturing reactive combined nerve conduits to mimic nerve autografts for better functional recovery. This review will present neurotrophic factor delivery systems applied in those conduits.
