通过对陡河发电厂两台日立２５０ＭＷ汽轮机末级叶片更换的实践，从叶片的检查、拆装、焊接及热处理、转子的静平衡等各个工序环节，文章系统地介绍了大型汽轮机末级叶片更换技术，为同类型机组提供参考。

Based on a real replacement of last stage blades of a 250MW Hitachi made steam turbine—from blade inspection,disassembling,welding and heat treatment,to static balancing of the rotor,this paper introduces the last stage blades replacing technology for large steam turbine.It can be a reference for the unit of the same type.
