摘要
本文利用线性振动理论的多尺度方法,分析了水轮发电机转了同时存在安装偏心和质量偏心时,不平衡磁拉力引起的超/次谐波共振现象,考虑到不平衡磁拉力的北线性后,发现当临界转速接近于2倍或3倍工作转速时,会出现超谐波共振:同样,若临界转速接近于1/2倍工作转速或1/3倍工作转速时,会出现次谐波共振。通过模型试验,验证了理论分析的正确性,同时提出了水轮发电机转子设计的新准则。
ln terms of the method of multiple scales in nonlinear oscillations, superharmonic and subharmonic resonance' s of hydrogenerator rotors caused by unbalanced magnetic pull are discussed when both mass and assembling eccentric of the rotors are taken into account. Considering nonlinear properties of the unbalanced magnetic pull, such phenomena are discovered that if the critical speed of rotors is close to 2 or 3 times as much as the rotary speed, the superharmonic resonance occurs, and as the same way if the critical speed is close to 1/ 2 or 1/3 times as much as the rotary speed, the subharmonic resonance occurs, too. Correctness of conclusions from the theoretical analysis is verified by model experiment results and new design restrictions for the hydrogenerator rotors are suggested simultaneously.
